White tea is unfermented, uncured green tea that has been quickly dried. It is indigenous to Fuijan Province, and is lighter in color than other types of tea with a subtle, delicate flavor. White tea got its name from the tradition of poor Chinese, if they had no tea, of offering plain boiled water to guests and calling it “white tea”.
White Tea has some amazing health benefits. Some of these benefits are still being debated, so please do your own research if you want to use green tea for medicinal purposes. The reality is one cup of tea a day will not give you all and you can drink up to ten cups a day, but then you may want to consider taking a supplement instead (it would keep you out of the bathroom).
